Rivan

Rabbi Judah ben Natan, called RIBaN or the Rivan. Medieval French rabbi and son-in-law of Rashi. He married Miryam, Rashi’s second daughter, with whom he had a daughter, Alvina, and a son, Yom Tov. The Rivan is recognized as one of the first to record tosafot.
